How would I go about receiving a piece that did not originally come with package? Recieved 4 of 5 of the characters.... missing Grouper (fish)

In a 2020 review, they had seams on the backs of their heads. Are the seams still in 2023?

There is a very small circle/seem on the top of the heads.

They do float! The only way they sink is if all of the air is pushed out underwater and water is squeezed into the toy all the way.
