Yoga Sak

Everything about this product is perfect. I did some research and decided this was the best one for my needs and I'm very happy with it. Lots of pockets for different things. First comfortably. Even with mat in, the back area behind the mat (closest to your back) is pretty large and has a nice mesh divider. A hoodie, sweats and sneakers fit fine, and I'm sure I'll be able to fit lots of snacks and things when I go hiking with it. The only complaint I has is that the outer material itself was scuffed up a bit when I opened it. I'm going to be adding my own scuffs to it, so it doesn't matter, but it did raise my eyebrow on first opening. Got over it quickly. A+ product.

I love this yoga bag! I'm a teacher and I need to bring a bunch of stuff with me to every class. This bag securely holds my mat, plus a block, my singing bowl, speakers and other misc items with room to spare. There are lots of colors to choose from which is a plus too. The only thing I don't really like is that velcro closes the bag around the mat (three black lines that look like pockets). It is very sturdy and does the job, but it's annoying loud. All in all, an excellent yoga purchase.

Just used it for my first bike ride to the yoga studio. I am pleased with it.PROS:- Holds the mat securely and centered- Plenty of room and storage- Not too big and not too small- Camo pattern is sweet- Materials seem decent- Price wasn't too badCONS:- The cell phone holder is crappy and I immediately removed it- The zippers are a little wonky and on the cheap sideOverall I would recommend the Yoga Sak, especially if you bike to class. With a few minor improvements, this bag could be incredible. The PROS certainly outweigh the CONS though.

I could not be more pleased with this backpack! I ride my bike to yoga quite often and this works perfectly. Some of the other yoga backpacks have the yoga mat placed to one side, which makes it difficult to look behind you/side to side when riding a bike. This one has the mat placed squarely in the middle of your back, and it has never hit the back of my helmet.The quality is great. I have used it heavily for a couple of months now and it is still in perfect condition. There are plenty of pockets for everything you need, water bottle, wallet, shoes, and a very handy phone case that attaches (and detaches) from the chest/arm straps.

I loved using this bag for about 8 months; I biked to yoga class, so this was handy to throw my clothes, towel, and mat in. However, after 8 months, it tore down the side. At the end of the day: you get what you pay for. This is a cheaply made bag. Purchase knowing that the material is cheap (nylon?) material and WILL tear.

I was so excited to find a gym bag with vertical mat storage. The bag is a great size, perfect pockets and relatively comfortable (considering the top heavy yoga mat). I am sad to say that I have only had this bag for 5 weeks and it’s already tearing. I don’t over pack it and it gets regular use, 3-5 times a week, I’m so disappointed

I have mixed feelings about this sak. On one hand, yes it fits your mat, two blocks and a strap, and it's nice to be able to have your hands free. On the other hand, it does not fit your blanket, or yoga clothes if you have your two blocks. I am the type of yogi that basically takes my entire home practice to the studio because I like using my own blanket, and I have an extra long manduka mat. If you're the type of yogi that has a normal or thin mat (traveler or jade mat), and use the studio's props, this might be the sak for you. However, one more thing I don't like about it, is that the velcro is so loud. After shavasana, when I have to put my stuff away, it always feels a little embarrassing and jarring at how loud my sak is....

Bought this so I could ride my bike to yoga and carry my mat with me after failing with all other types of backpacks/bags/tying it up, etc. I also didn't like having all my stuff lying around. Now I use it all the time and it works great and looks nice. It's very simple and plain, which I like. The mat holders do hold the mat in place perfectly. The compartments are great for carrying towels, shoes, water, phone, keys, etc. I bought the dark gray and it is attractive and has held up nicely.
