Works great, just use real, quality batteries from day 1
Works great. One problem that other reviewers may have missed 1) batteries incl. were not great and died within the first few months 2) you cannot use rechargeable batteries and this may damage the unit 3) If your batteries start to die, the system makes the multi-color sign to alert you - when this happens, change the battery, don’t say it doesn’t work.

Lock manufacturers have a ways to go in getting the tech right.
The hardware is nice to look at and works quite well with a key and keypad. It is once you try any remote operations that everything begins to fall apart. Tech support wanted me to disconnect my network hub and move it next to the door 'to properly sync'. The hardware worked intermittently remotely. We have since purchased from a different manufacturer which just rotates the rear button of a lock - this took less than 5 minutes to install and is working perfectly. I don't know whether it is better to get from a lock-maker that has added tech or a tech company that has added locks, but I wasted an entire Sunday failing to get the lock manufacturers to work consistently and 10 minutes getting the tech company's to work flawlessly.

Works with XFiniti Home Security.
Compatible with XFiniti Home Security, even though it is not advertised.. Very good phone support. Would give it 5 stars if it could be programmed via software/web interface, or via XFiniti.

Follow the instructions!
I was going to rate this a bit lower but after I finally read the instructions, I was able to get it to work. Follow the instructions! Very nice lock for the price. My Samsung hub connected easily. Really nice coming in out of the cold and not have to fumble with my keys to get the door open.

Wonderful device should have bought this long ago
This is a great value and works well. Love that you can create new codes with app from anywhere with Internet connectivity. There’s at least 100 codes available, plenty for most families. It’s z-wave and works without issue.

Easy to use. Just love it. Set up in App: IFTTT to notify me when son arrives home (door unlocks).

Needs hub, price match
Great product but you must buy a hub and follow instructions to add to network master code, 7#, 1#. Take levels of house and building a zigbee network with lights into consideration if your house is large. Watch pricing and shop around. Can be found new for $60.
