- VSITOO S3 Pro 16oz Smart Self Heating Coffee Mug with Temperature Control

Love this self hating cup! I'm a teacher and I ALWAYS want a hot cup of coffee. This is exactly what I needed on my desk. One of the great things is that it is NOT a hot plate - which could be unsafe for curious little fingers. It only heats the cup not the plate, so it's super safe. The cup also charges up from the "plate" so you can walk around with it and it still keeps heating for a few hours. Parents, if you gift one of these for your child's teacher, she will be sooooo grateful!

Excellent heated mug. Such a luxury to have my coffee staying hot to the last sip. App works well. Holds temperature for a long time. Great color choice, too. Responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

Update: After no replies from Vsitoo despite my several emails, product images and product failure videos, Amazon agreed to send a replacement S3 Pro to me. I received it yesterday and it literally worked for 5 hours and 14 minutes. It completely stopped working. Would not charge, would not turn on. The saddest part of all of this is that Vsitoo did not, will not, respond to requests for support! Dialogue to work through this would have been appreciated. I will note that I have a different S3 Pro that's been working perfectly since Sept 2021. Revised review: I purchased three of the S3 Pro mugs. After about 1 month I began having a problem with two of the three continually dropping to pause mode, making it impossible to keep coffee warm. I've sent a number of emails to support, to which they replied asking for videos. I've sent videos repeatedly and now there is no response. In a very short time, my customer experience has degraded due to mugs that wont heat, and an issue of the paint chipping off of the mugs even though we've only hand washed them. Not a good buy at all. I would suggest you steer clear. Original review: The Vsitoo S3 Pro is heads and shoulders above the rest in both technical and esthetic engineering. As a technology driven product, the Vsitoo engineering team has done an excellent job using technology to create a supreme user experience. The user scenario allows for an extended heating of beverages between charges...excellent battery life. The mobile app is very good and meets all user objectives. The price of the product accentuates the value. I'm a new user of the product, so we'll see if my experience and observations persist. At this time I strongly suggest the Vsitoo S3 Pro for anyone looking for a smart mug.

8/26/20 *UPDATE REVIEW* After posting my frustrations with the first mug to arrive (I purchased two), the vendor reached out to me via email to answer all of my concerns. They uploaded the correct App to Google Play. The App is so much better now and, I had no issue pairing the mug and updating firmware. They also promised to eventually make additional charging coasters available for sale. After a week of use, I can say the S3 Pro is so much better than the S3 that I had previously purchased. The S3 Pro has a much better build and holds more coffee! It is a plus to set the temp from the front of the mug but, I also complained about accidental temp changes. The vendor said they would look into adding the ability in the App to lock the front button (excellent). I have used Ember mugs too and believe the S3 Pro is better than Ember and less expensive. I can now highly recommend the S3 Pro mug! ----- A few years ago, I purchased two S3 mugs and they work just fine. I emailed Vsitoo about purchasing a second charging coaster for another room in my house. I was told they do not sell charging coasters but, they sent me to their new project S3 Pro mug. New and improved they said. I backed their project by purchasing two new mugs. I figured as long as they are as good as the older S3, I would have two extra charging coasters to use with the new mugs. They said they would work. Well, got my first S3 Pro mug today and here are a few problems leading to a 1-star review. 1. The new S3 Pro mug does not fit the S3 charging coasters like they told me. 2. The crappy manual directs you to download the APP from the Google Play Store by searching Vsitoo. Nothing listed for that name. Found in the questions here, you have to download the Jimi Pro app. 3. The Jimi Pro app opens in a foreign language with no option for English. 4. Using their crappy manual, I was able to figure out which buttons to push. I followed all instructions to pair the mug with the app but no luck. Tried numerous times and the app, with bluetooth on, mug on, never finds the the mug. The mug itself seems well built. The button on the outside to change the temperature is very sensitive so if you brush your finger over it the temperature changes which I find annoying. Maybe this can be solved by locking the button in the app but, I CAN'T GET THE APP TO WORK! If you are considering buying this mug, you might want to wait to see if they work out the bugs. For now, I will make the best and, if all else fails, go back to using my regular S3 mugs. Pretty sad as I have been a loyal and repeat customer of Vsitoo. By the way, I emailed them about the app but no response as of this review. I will update the review if I get a satisfactory response.

I received the heated coffee mug on 28-Apr-21. It stopped working on 13-Jun-21. That is a very short lifetime for a very expensive mug. During the short time I used it worked perfectly, keeping my coffee hot for an extended period of time. I was disappointed when it quite working that one morning. An email to Amazon brought a quick response from the seller directing me to email their service department which I did. Never heard back. I held off writing this bad review hoping the seller would straighten out the problem but enough is enough. When the mug was working I had recommended to relatives but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Update with replacement mug: The following is an update concerning my experience with the Vsitoo S3 Pro heated coffee mug. I eventually received a replacement mug from Vsitoo and decided to do some personal testing for a two week period. Every morning for the first nine days I had 3 to 4 cups of hot coffee while reading or doing what-not around the house. The temperature was always set to high. I did not use the lid nor the recharging plate. Each day I was able to enjoy the hot coffee for about 1 and ½ hours before it needed recharging, pretty good under the circumstances. On day ten I reluctantly tried the insulated lid. Quite a difference! Three solid hours if I needed that much time or wanted yet another cup. I now use the lid all the time and only remove it to get the last mouthfuls more easily from the bottom of the cup. I did a side experiment with the mug by filling it with hot tap water, installing the lid, placing it on the charger then leaving it to sit on a counter . Seven hours later the water was too hot to touch. Very impressive ! Imagine working on your laptop with the mug on its charger nearby. Lost in thought, twenty minutes rolls by and you reach for your coffee....and it's hot!! Nice. As others have noted, heated coffee mugs are a little hefty but I say they are worth their weight in “gold”. I will gladly exchange a little extra weight for a lot of hot coffee. Previously I had used a ceramic coffee mug, an insulated glass mug and a plastic insulated mug with a lid . All were pre-heated and even the added milk was warmed. I got about 10 minutes of hot coffee if drunk right away and any time beyond that was a miracle. Recommend the mug to others? Yes, and I have. I rate the Vsitoo PRO 3 at 4 stars because I like hot coffee for extended periods of time!

It's a pretty good cup but has some problems. For one thing is it gets very hot almost to the point you can't hold it by the body. I have an electric Happiness mug and it never gets hot at all. Another thing is the controls for temperature setting are not well made. You have to tap/touch on the lower mug body to set it but it does not easily respond. I end up having to sort of slide my finger across the cup body and it's hit or miss until you get lucky. Bad design. Another problem is the on/off switch which is on the bottom. Not the smartest place to put it. After you remove the mug from the charger it automatically turns on. Why is that? There's nothing in the mug. Why world it already turn on? If you don't notice it you will waste the battery with nothing in the cup until it turns itself off. Bad design. Another problem is the straw hole in the middle of the lid. It has a little rubber grommet which starts coming loose after you use the mug for a while. The hole is very useful but I use a silicone straw to drink hot tea which goes in pretty tight. At first it seems very secure but after a few uses the grommet starts coming out when you pull out the straw. If you don't notice it can just drop on the floor and you'll never find it. Also the lid does not fit particularly securely. It's borderline loose. If the cup ever tips over that lid will definitely fly out and everything will spill out. In the case of hot liquid is pretty dangerous. My other cup has a lid that seals very tightly. This cup does keep the liquids hot but the capacity somehow feels less than the advertised 16oz. My other mug is also 16oz but I don't get a sense that it's less than that. Maybe it's an illusion. Not sure about that. In the end the only advantage this cup has over my other one is the fact that the lid has a straw hole. So if I get a lid with a hole for the other cup it would beat this cup in every way. Overall the straw hole is this cup's only good idea. Everything else is bad design.

This is my 4th purchase from Vsitoo, and the S3 Pro 16oz is definitely the most reliable mug I’ve used from the brand so far. The heating performance is consistent, the temperature control works great, and the overall build quality feels more premium compared to the previous models I owned. One thing I really like is the double-wall design. Even when the drink is hot, the outside of the mug doesn’t get too hot to hold, which makes it comfortable and safe to use daily at work or at home. I use it almost every day, and it keeps my coffee warm for hours without overheating. The design also looks clean and modern on my desk. Just a small care tip: only wash the stainless steel inner area. Avoid washing the bottom part of the mug, and never put it in the dishwasher to keep it working properly. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommended for coffee or tea lovers who want their drinks warm throughout the day.

I finally got tired of making a cup of coffee and having it cool down before I was able to finish it. I have a bad habit of taking a few sips and getting distracted so it takes me awhile to finish. With the Visitoo S3 my drink stays hot for a long time. I usually set the temperature at 130 degrees. You have to be careful not to reset the temp when you pickup the mug. The inside is coated with a hard enamel so it doesn’t have that Stainless steel aftertaste like insulated mugs. It changes quickly but I’ve only had it for a few weeks so we’ll see how it does next year.

O vendedor cumpriu exatamente o descrito. Dele eu não tenho o que reclamar. Já o produto achei bem ok considerando o valor. Bateria dura pouco. Toda vez que você usa, tem que carregar. Para manter a bebida quentinha, tem que manter a temperatura no 60, se não a bebida fica morna/temperatura ambiente. Na primeira lavagem, a tampa já ficou manchada, isso que nem usei a parte abrasiva da bucha, usei a parte macia. Resumindo, o produto funciona, mas não é essas coisas todas. Não compraria novamente.

Great product to have

This mug is a real life changer for anyone who cares about having his coffee always at the most preferred degree. I was quite suspicious before I ordered the Vsitoo mug. I have wasted hours checking other brands with similar specs and like always the prices are so much high. I was encouraged by the high rating reviews and have decided to buy one. Received, unpacked and setup in a very short time. Gladly everything is as expected since then. The good thing about this mug is the nice ceramic cover that does a great job in the warming process and adds a good look after all. I had one issue when suddenly the mug lost connection with my mobile; I first thought that something went wrong with the mug, but after several tests I found out that disabling location option on mobile had caused the software to lose connection.

Tuve que comprar una segunda por avería en la primera. Pero me han ofrecido un recambio. Estoy muy contento con el producto. Es genial y perfecto para la oficina.
