Used for the first time for making Yorkshire puddings with the Sunday roast beef. The puddings rose correctly, were cooked perfectly (although these characteristics could not be attributed to the tray). In addition, I was able to separate the puddings from the tray after cooking without them sticking - which was the reason I bought a non-stick tray in the first place. So from that perspective, the tray worked perfectly.

I do a lot of baking and don’t always have muffin cases in the house and baking mince pies can be a nightmare to clean off the trays because of leakage.Hubby who does the washing up for me after baking has informed me that I’m to get rid of my old tins and trays and replace it with the new gold non stick.I would highly recommend these trays to anyone.I have osteoarthritis in my hands and fingers and these tins are so much easier to put in and take out of the oven than my old trays.

I always try and purchase quality products when replacing kitchen utensils. The delivery service was excellent and has been quickly put in use. It is well-made and I particularly like the ability to pick it up with the extra edges of the tray. Yes, there are cheaper products available but you get what you pay for. Impressed and happy with my purchase
