Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Make sure that you have access to WATER (probably not salt water) to run your boat on -AND- plenty of it because this thing wants to go FAST. I checked for missing parts and could see how some might get easily confused as there is one discrete battery hidden and the other in the boat itself. Check under the styrene foam for the charger and battery.Remote feels a little light but good, responsive controls. You do have to place the unit in water to test connectivity (you can't just dry run the engine), even with the little wooden dock they gave you. I can't wait to try this out on a more open setting. I didn't think the boat felt cheaply made or wired and seemed pretty well protected IMO.My only regret is that I did a little more research to see how far I would have to drive to find the right setting to use this thing. I think this will make an awesome gift to try to get the 12-16 year old nephews out of the house and luckily they are closer to more spots to try this on.

For the money paid this is an excellent boat. It is fast and comes with 2 batteries that easily last 20-30 minutes each and can be charged in an hour or so. There is a flaw with the boat's design, but it is not enough to say not to buy this if you're looking for an affordable beater to tool around a lake. The speed this boat has means it needs a pond or larger area to be run effectively. Again, great boat for only $35~The FlawRudder placement in relation to the prop. The prop will create a zone behind itself called the prop wash. This is a bad place for a rudder and it is the reason many high performance boats will mount the rudder elsewhere or simply turn the entire motor to turn the boat. On this boat the rudder is mounted offset from the prop by a few millimeters. This is enough to cause some strange behaviors when making turns. In one direction the rudder can cut into "clean" water and this gives it a lot of authority to turn, but in the other direction the rudder is square in the middle of the prop wash meaning it has almost no authority. They tried to compensate for this by making the rudder turn a lot in one direction and only a little in the other direction. Please be aware of this fact when examining the system and noting how far the rudder moves when you turn the sticks.My boats (i have 2 identical) both have extremely sharp turns in one direction and very wide turns in the other as a result of this prop wash issue. This is not a big deal. It does not cripple the boat. $35 is seriously not a lot of money so this is just "a quirk to be aware of".

Ive recently gotten into RC toys from Cars to Planes. Didn't expect a boat to be this much fun. Its a super fast speed boat that handles well. Highly durable thanks to the thick hull. Remote control signal is good - youll lose sight of it before it loses signal. Not good in waves though but it will right itself up. I live near beach so its a useful toy for after flying planes.

Delivery speed is fast, the boat is delicate, as the child's New Year gift, after receiving with the child assembly, the child fondly put it down, immediately go to the pool in the yard to test the water......

This boat is fun for the whole family. We took it to a pond had had loads of fun. The betteries came fully charged and the boat was ready to use out of the box. It was easy to learn and was diving the boat lile a pro in no time. I am very happy with this purchase.

Kids are having so much fun with this. They zip all over banging against the pool walls. But now they are controlling it better and trying not too. Battery last about half an hour to a hour depending on how fast u go. So easy to use.

Birthday present for grandson!!!He loves this boat and grandfather does too ❤️

This RC boat is the best one we ever purchased. My 12 year old son loves it.
