I don't often write reviews, but I feel like this stuff needs a shout out, especially with having quite a few negative reviews. I'm not sure what people are doing wrong because I followed directions as given and it came out awesome! About 4 in of bath temperature water, put in the slime packet, stirred it around with my hands for a couple minutes and let my kiddo get into it. It does take about 15 minutes to really thickened up, but he had a blast playing in it as it thickened. After about half an hour it cooled down and we added a couple more inches of warm water. It stayed very viscous and he continued to have a great time. I sat on the floor and we had so much fun together. Get cups, funnels, etc as this stuff moves around so differently from water! When it was time for him to get out, we filled it another 6 in or so, it thinned out and still was a lot of fun! In the future, I'll probably fill it up that much to begin with because it stays very slimy and he loved having it be a deeper amount. We mixed the dissolver in, he sloshed it around, it thinned out the slime and then he got out. Now this is the part where it could get tricky for some people. We have an additional shower and I wrapped him up in a towel, put my house slippers on him because he was still so slippery and had him run over to the other bathroom to shower while the slime drained. I could see it being a bit challenging to wait for the slime to drain and then shower. If we only had one shower, I probably would have had him just sit on a towel in the bathroom, wait for the slime to drain and then shower. So, not a deal-breaker. The slime drained relatively quickly, left no color behind, but definitely a slimy coating on the tub. I hit it with some Dawn dish soap and hot water, used my hand to scrub it up and it came right off. He is looking forward to another slime bath and I'm not dreading it! I was definitely leery after reading some of these reviews, but, it was so fun and worth the but of mess and clean up!

I have bought this multiple times over the years for my annual “Slime Day” for my nieces and nephews. We fill an 8’ x 30” pool with water and then add 20 packets to the water. They play in it for two days straight. (It starts to break down after that.) For the people that are saying it gets clumpy: Be sure to mix it in a little at a time and mix quickly as it will clump up fast if you don’t. This year I had my 6 year old niece be my mixer and she would stir up wherever I scattered the slime powder. We had almost zero clumps. We have never had any issues with showering everyone off after playing in it. We just tell them to sit on the floor of the shower until they are mostly rinsed off so they don’t slip. We have never had any issues with it staining skin or clothes although we do have them wear old play clothes just in case. I do agree that the salt that sometimes comes with it works marginally at best to dissolve it. It’s easiest to just thin it down and flush it. Since we are making 400 gallons I use a submersible pump to pump it into the drain in the tub and have never had any issues with the plumbing. This event is the highlight of the kids’ summer every year and they literally count down the days until Slime Day. Highly recommend it! Just be sure to do your prep work and you can do it safely and with minimal cleanup.

I saw a cute video of this on social media so I ordered it immediately for my kids. Unfortunately, the dissolving packets did absolutely nothing to dissolve the slime and I ultimately had to let it go down my drain and just pray for the best. I will say that while my kids were playing with it, they absolutely loved the texture and had a blast. They did coincidentally end up with some personal area irritation right after using this item also so not sure if I would recommend it for little girls. Definitely would be cool to use in a sensory table like setup though!

We used this outside in a little baby pool. One bag makes 10 gallons of slime. The kids had a blast with it. After a while they put it in their water table which was also fun. It keeps well for about a week because once it got rained in it was too watered down to be slime. The powder that dissolves it worked very quickly and then I just dumped it out onto the lawn. It’s not sticky and doesn’t stain anything, but once the kids were covered in it it wouldn’t wash off with just a hose down. They had to get in our actual swimming pool and I guess the chlorine washed it away. Overall an awesome product, I’ll be it again for sure.

My 8 yr old loves this but I hate it. It’s definitely a lot of slime and thick! The kids love to play with it but it should not go down your drain at all. It would probably cause plumbing problems. It comes with a packet of stuff to mix into the slime before it’s “safe” to let go down the drain but my plumber said not to trust it..

Was a little skeptical after reading reviews, but this stuff is awesome. We started with just a small amount of water in the bath (maybe 2 inches) and put the slime mix in. My son didn't want to wait the 15 min, so he got in right away. I was really impressed by how much it thickened up and truly turned into slime. We did add more water and it still stayed thick slime. The dissolver was easy to use and made it drain well. Just make sure you add water to dilute it out as well. You definitely can't take a bath with the slime, but we just washed off quick after we drained the slime. The only con is that it makes the bath very slippery. My son stayed sitting down the whole time so it wasn't an issue. We didn't use a bathing suit, so no idea about the staining as others have said. We played in it at least an hour and a half. Bottom line - super fun for kids, easy to clean up, non-irritating to skin

Kids loved it! Extra slimy. Extra slippery. Extra hard to clean. Do it in the bath. Not a sensory table.

This stuff is so cool. I have two boys under 4 and they both had a blast. Don't pay attention to the reviews that say cleanup is hard or its a mess. No. They're doing it wrong somehow. Fill the bath like 3 inches (trust me), add the color powder, mix and let the kids play. When playtime is over, pour in white powder and fill the bath like usual. Have the kids help mix it. I noticed warm water does help dissolve quicker, not better as it was the same, but quicker, than cold water. Then drain. Wash the kids after. Slippery lol which is fun but make sure your kiddos are safe. I never do reviews but THIS ONE deserves it. It's amazing. Buy it. You won't regret it.

Additionally, be aware that the slime version requires thorough mixing to avoid lumpiness. The process can be a bit demanding, but it’s worth it for the final result. Another point to consider is the challenge of removing the slime from long hair. It can be remarkably difficult to rinse out, requiring extensive showering and rinsing. While this can be a bit of a hassle, it also adds to the hilarity and memorable nature of the experience. In summary, Slime Baff is a delightful product that offers great fun for children. Great fun for all ages !!! Easy to make in the bath and even easier to remove with the bag number 2. Only down side can be a bit slippy
