My son really likes his new chair. It's much more comfortable than his old one. It is heavy, so recommend a carpet protector. I assembled it alone in about 30 minutes. It was very straightforward. Attaching the back to the seat was a little tricky because of the weight. I used pillows to hold it in place in lieu of someone holding it for me while I tightened the screws. He uses it just for gaming, but you could use it at a desk since the footrest fully retracts out of the way. It's designed for gaming, i.e. reclining, so keep that in mind if you buy it for desk work.

Super easy to assemble very comfortable

All good except it came with two R/H plastic covers for the sides so I couldn't fit the left one. Not going through the hassle of sending back for this as chair is excellent quality and comfort aside from this small mistake.

Easy to assemble.2. There is nothing "Ergononic" about this chair. However if you mean Ergonomic, its really ridged and digs in after a few hours, not very good for an office/gaming chair.(the spelling of Ergonomic should have been my first warning sign to avoid.)3. Foot rest on a product like this is a gimmick and completely pointless.4. The "lumbar pillow" is exactly that, a pillow, nothing more, nothing less - a pillow! To more specific, its a lumber pillow made of concrete or steel, its one of the hardest pillows I have ever come across. If you use this "lumber pillow", you will not be able to walk after 30 minutes.5. It does tilt and swivel - as does every other office chair unless we are back in the 70's or 80's.There is nothing special about the chair, and the only good thing is the high backrest. This is a good length and was just what I was looking for in a chair for my office. I weigh in at 112kg and after a month I started to notice the hydraulic pressure is dissipating from the piston and over the space of an hour or two I have to raise the chair back up. This is really annoying as I work from home and need a chair that can endure 12+ hours.I feel that I have been mis-sold a bag of goods and this chair was a promise that will never be able to fulfil. AVOID! At all costs!

The seat is okay. Be warned that you will need to invest in a new cushion as the seat is hard and uncomfortable after sitting in it for no more than 10 minutes. The foot rest is a bit of a gimmick. It wont last long. Fine for kids but it wont hold an adults weight over the long term so I expect this to break at some point.I ordered 2 and the finish on my sons one was fine. Mine however has gaps in the stitching and broken bits at the bottom of the arm rests. You dont see them so I didn't bother sending it back, but still, you expect more for £125.All in all, it's okay. Expected a lot more for this kind of money.

The chair is great if you are crippled with arthritis like myself.
