I love Amafil I use this for to make my Brazilian pancakes.

This tapioca flour is the bomb! I was always too scared to try making tapioca from scratch before, but this stuff from Amafil made it SO easy. I've used this flour to make puddings, fill pastries, you name it. No matter what, the tapioca comes out great every single time. And a little bag lasts forever since you just need a small amount. Trying to make tapioca from scratch always seemed like such a headache before I found this product. But Amafil's tapioca flour takes all the guesswork and hassle out of it. It's dummy-proof! If you love tapioca but are worried about messing it up at home, get this flour. You'll be an instant tapioca master. I'm never going back to the pre-made stuff again.
