This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist, I use it all the time and would recommend it. But what I buy at the clinic is very different from the product I and my daughter received in this Amazon order. I ordered two tubes, one for her and one for me in smaller amounts than what I normally buy. One was for her to try and one was for me for travel. I will never order this product through Amazon again. When I opened the tube, immediately water flowed out of the container. As I use it I have to shake the water off and out of it first before the cream comes out. The cream is not the same consistency of the cream that I buy at the clinic. My daughter gave the one I had sent her back to me because of this same issue, she's uncomfortable using it and she thinks there is something wrong with the product. I think so too. Unfortunately I have missed the window to return the product. So I leave this message instead. As I said, I have been buying this same product at a dermatology clinic. The cream that I buy through them is thicker and does not contain water that pours out of it when you open it. Could this be a result of settling or is the water is being added as a filler? I don't know. What I do know is it definitely does not seem to be the same product that I normally use.

OK, so the product separates. See other reviews on how to make that better. I am guessing that the chemicals used to *not* make this product separate would be irritating. If you have sensitive skin and are using this for a barrier cream, I cannot recommend it enough. I use it on my lips to prevent dermatitis from my toothpaste. I also have spots on my face that are constantly irritated, and I put it on at night under a moisturizer to soothe my angry patches on my cheek. Anytime I want to soothe or protect my skin, this is my go-to product. The cream goes on white and stays that way because it contains zinc oxide. I use it at night or sparingly. Also of note: it does not cause acne!

This was recommended to me by AI and it definitely hit the mark! I have dry, sensitive skin that is prone to redness.I love it this product. I use it several times a week in the evening and especially after I use my red light therapy or microneedle. It feels so soothing and nice going on and it instantly calms my skin. It is unscented (which I love since I have sensitive skin). This is moisturizing without being too greasy as well. I think this truly improves and soothes my skin and I will be buying it again in the future - in fact, I think I signed up for a subscription for this.

I usually don't write reviews but this cream was a life saver. The spring water sometimes separates, but the tube is pretty pliable where I just squeezed it from top to bottom a few times and it really wasn't a big deal for me at all. It's very refreshing, It served two purposes for me. It took away the itch of mosquito bites and I had also scratched myself enough to break skin and since I am under a medical treatment at the moment this causes me to heal slower. This cream provided so much relief, it soothed and I believe it even helped the scar heal. I am so grateful that I found it.

product was not separated as other reviews state. seems very greasy when you first put it on, then you never notice it again. i think i love it?

Thick moisturizer without feeling heavy or greasy. Skins feels nice and hydrated. I got the smaller size so I hope a little goes a long way. It’s my first time getting it, I’ll probably get the larger size next time.

My packaging was open… this is an amazing product. Just upset because I refuse to use a product that is open.
