Super happy with the brewer so far! The brewer is super affordable and I’m glad it came with a metal filter. The metal filter seems to be high quality, the holes are very fine and easy to clean. The size is perfect for two full cups of coffee, one for my girlfriend and one for myself. Also the item came really well packaged, so no need to worry about breaking in shipping.I have used it for a week or so and haven’t noticed any issues. Seems to be very well crafted and durable. I will update my review if anything changes. Overall, if you are looking for a more affordable alternative to a Chemex brewer, I would highly recommend.Couple of Notes - Play around with the brew process, adjust the ratio of grounds to water and how fast you pour. It took me a few tries before I was able to master making the perfect cup of coffee. Also they give suggested ratios on the box, but I tweaked mine to match my preferences, so perhaps use that as a starting point and adjust accordingly - Pretty easy to clean, I normally just rinse it with hot water with a little dish soap, and then every few uses I pop the wooden collar off and stick it in the dishwasher - I switch between using metal and paper filters when using the brewer, for those of you wondering I use the chemex square bonded filter but I could imagine most paper pour over coffee filters would fit.

The filter: This pour over comes with a metal filter, and it is very well-made. I prefer this over paper because it allows the oils to get through for better taste. Not to mention, it’s very easy to clean. Just dump old grounds in the trash can and rinse.The glass: Very durable construction, I worried at first that the constant switch between hot and cold water would crack it, but it’s still going strong. The wood handle is also well-made. It also has a spout made so your coffee doesn’t end up all over the counter.Cleaning: Cleaning is very straight forward. I just start pouring my boiling water in it, swirl it around, pour it out, and leave to air dry.Tip: Prime the coffee maker before using. Do this by swirling hot water in it and then dumping it out. The goal is to get the glass to temperature.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative of those type of breweries and I love this one! It’s good quality and not that expensive. Serve its purpose well!

I wasn't sure if a 27oz pour over system would meet my needs, but it most certainly does. I usually have at least two 14 - 16 oz cups daily. And this works perfectly!It comes with a sustainable reusable filter with a nice rubber grip (so your finger tips don't get too hot upon emptying). And this one is much more affordable than the older Chemex that I used to have, so win win!

Pros: Looks great, works like it’s supposed to.Cons: Thin glass makes it feel pretty fragile, and the uneven bottom means the whole unit wobbles during use … wobbly AND fragile is a bad combo.

This little coffee pot is simple to use and can be taken anywhere. I think the flavor is much better compared to my old electric mr. coffee. It’s the perfect size for a couple cups. + its oddly satisfying to pour

The cost was low. The carafe and the filter are well made. Seems like there is not much that could be improved on this simple device.My only criticism is that the white-on-brown instructions were almost unreadable, so I emailed them and they got back right away.

Makes a very good cup of coffee. We use Black Rifle Coffee Company coffee, was the best coffee I have ever had. Definitely recommend.

It's a pretty simple product and works exactly as advertised. I would recommend using coffee filters when brewing though, as fine grind can end up in the bottom of the glass. For quick and convenient coffee, it's well worth the purchase
