Bread Baking Game Changer
I had been toying around with purchasing a more expensive Pullman pan for my first pan, but after trying this one, I don’t think I'll need to. The carbon steel construction is solid and heats evenly, and makes a real difference in how well the bread bakes. I love the ripple design as it keeps the loaf from sticking, so I don’t have to wrestle with it when it’s time to take it out of the pan.The non-stick coating actually works (which is not always a given with bakeware, iykyk). I just line it with parchment paper (easier cleaning, imo) and give it a light misting of oil on the lid before baking and the bread slides right out with no mess. The lid is fantastic because it gives the loaf a beautiful uniform shape that is perfect for slicing. This pan is *not* dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash it regardless since it helps extend the life of the non-stick coating. Just a quick rinse and it’s clean. If you're into making bread regularly, especially sandwich loaves, this pan is well worth it. It delivers consistent results and I'd highly recommend it.Recipe recommendation: The 'A Smaller Pain de Mie' recipe from King Arthur's website! Perfect for this 1lb pan.

Definitely buying more.
Very nice. Good quality for the price. I use parchment paper inside so I haven’t seen any coating coming off. They are made of carbon steel, so dry thoroughly or it will rust. I dry them with a rag and pop in the oven for a few minutes. Also I applied a light seasoning on the edges and corners where no nonstick coating is present. This will help prevent rust and encourage longevity. Definitely would buy again. The small one makes beautiful loaves of banana bread. The regular size one is great for sandwich bread or brioche. The height is great and what was missing in other loaf pans for me.

Overfill rising size and leakage
These are great….but watch out: if you spray or grease the sides to prevent sticking it will leek out the wholes in bottom. Also if it rises too much it will leak out.

Great Product
I was skeptical about this pan but I bought 2 to make sourdough and they work fantastic. Made some einkorn loaves with it also. I like the covers that way I don’t have to use aluminum foil.

Impressed
These will be great for making my husband bread for his sandwiches. My only disappointment is that one had a little damage on it. It's still usable, though. They are heavier than I thought they would be, but that is a positive.

Neat!
I haven’t used yet, but I’m hoping this will work well to make sandwich bread. It seems very well made with good quality.

Cute pan but is not nonstick.
My bread sticks even with baking spray. I have to force a blade around all 4 sides.

EAsy to clean and remove bread
I love this pan loaf as it is so easy to use and clean. It is light weight and cooked my bread very evenly. I am considering buying another one so I can make two loaves at a time. The bread is easy to remove from pan and it is a good value.
