Intercoms Wireless for Home, 1 Mile Long Range for House Business Office, Handheld Room to Room Communication System, Rechargeable Loud & Clear 10-Channel Anti-Interference Intercom System

This intercom was one of very few that provide remote monitoring from a good distance. Only draw back is it must be reset every 10 hours. We would like continuous monitoring for animal births in our barn. 400 feet away. If newborn cries, the sound wakes me up so I can go to the barn to help. I get better sleep because the sound is reliable and clear.

Since my partner is practically confined to the upstairs bedroom, because of her medical condition, I decided an intercom was necessary. This Chtoocy intercom fits the bill very well for the following reasons:- the "phone" style makes it natural to hold and talk; the charger which the intercom sits in, like a phone, has a very small footprint- like a wireless phone, I can take mine to whatever room I go to or when I'm working outside the house- the "Talk" button on the side is comfortable to press when holding the intercom(obviously you can't talk while the other intercom person is talking, but no big deal)- there's also a "VOX" feature which works well so you don't have to push the "Talk" button(it takes a second for the "VOX" to kick in, so make your first word a throwaway, like "gotya")- the audio is clearly discernible and the volume control has a good range- the "Call" button produces an appropriate sound and loudness- we only need one frequency channel, but it's nice to have 9 more for any future plans- it has "MON [ITOR]" and "GRO [UP]" buttons, features we don't need but again it's nice to have for any future plansWe recently received it so I can't speak to it's longevity, battery life, or range, but I'm guessing those won't be problems. It looks and feels well made with a simple, clean styling. For me it was a great choice.

Purchased to communicate between a shop and the house. Works great, but since it doesn't get daily use it takes awhile to remember how to use it.

These do what they say! Very nice product! Better than any walky you can buy for your shed to house! Only thing better might be wiring one in. We just love these for when I am not in the house and she needs to talk to me in the shed or yard, 2 acres!

Bought this so that I'd have a way to communicate with my 100 year-old mother who lives on my property, about 350' from my house. Did not work. You could only transmit with one of the units. Maybe it was just defective, I don't know- but they seemed pretty cheesy overall, so I returned them for a refund. (Even the one that worked didn't work too well. I mean...350'- a clear shot over level ground with no obstructions, and one couldn't handle it at all; and one did, but barely- not reliable.).

Originally attempted to use as a backup for my drive thru pharmacy due to the speaker system malfunctioning at least 1-2x per month. The biggest issue is that you have to press the button in order to speak, instead of just speaking and having an open channel of communication

The range is the best, very dependable for us seniors, the beep lets us know it's time to recharge and the range if very good. We are very satisfied with them and depend on them every day. We recommend! Sound Clairty, ease of use, connectivity is great no ouside frequency interference just great product.

These is exactly what I needed. My mother is living in our RV and I needed a way to talk with her. The sound is very clear and the battery last a while they are perfect. I also like that you don’t have to change batteries you just set it on the cradle and good to go. They are very easy to use once charged we were able to use them. The call button is handy as well sounds like a phone ringing which lets you know the person wants to talk. Oh and their customer service is super. I had to email them regarding one of the walkie-talkies and they got right back to me.
