I ordered direct from Epoxy-Coat. The product did not arrive on time and arrived 10 days after I ordered. Later I read you have to send the warranty within 10 days or purchase. I found the warranty card a week after I installed. It's hidden on the back of the booklet. The part you don't look at because it's in a different language. The product itself is great. I knock it down for lousy instructions and cheap application aids. First, the measure stick is useless. After one mixing, you can't read it. Second, the instructions say to mix according to the stick and this will do a 10X12.5 foot area. I measured out and had 4 such areas. After first mix, it seemed to use half the product. Putting it on, it seemed too thick so I stretched it out 10 a 10X15.5 area. No problem it looked great. Mixed next batch and nearly all the product was gone. Concerned I stretched this out and had about an 8X10 foot area left. I just mixed the remaining material, no measuring as the lines on the stick were gone. It covered the last area but it's so thin you can still see the floor. By now the roller is covered, starting to dry and effectively worthless. Make sure you buy a spare roller. The squeegee works, but is too small as well. Spend a couple bucks on a larger one. I had 460 square feet and bought a kit to cover 500 feet. It probably would have but with the lousy instructions it didn't at the proper thickness. This is not my first coating on this floor. I did 2 other coats on this same garage floor, but in a different area that we walled in and finished off as interior space. The coating I used was rustoleum and it worked and looks great. I wanted a better more durable product in the garage/shop part of the building. The acid wash with the Rustoleum kit seemed far superior to the Epoxy-Coat wash. Also, it has NO bubbles. I noticed no bubbles on the Epoxy-Coat during application, but there were many when I came back the next day. Not sure why.In summary, product itself seems great. Just don't rely on their cheap application aids included with the kit and measure good to get the right coverage. Best to order more than you think you will need.

You need 10 fast people for this!
I do not recommend. We took a lost on 440.00. It’s breaking my heart. We followed directions after spending days to find to make sure it was properly done correctly. He only got 2 blocks done moving fast & then the bucket was smoking and dried in 15 minutes. I do not recommend

Meh
Not as easy as the video shows. Invest in a better squeegee (one that actually threads on a.paint pole) invest in a better paint roller and gloves. Basically dont use the kit provided. Made the mix which blended well poured across the room. Went to thread the squeegee and found no thread lol. So had to do by hand on a 400sq room. Then went to use roller and left fuzzies EVERYWHERE! Now that its hardened the fuzzies became little razor’s on my floor. Invest in better accessories

Excellent Product, Read This to Get Best Results!
Great product, fast shipping. Like other reviewers, I did some research to find an epoxy coating that was 100% solids and superior to the products sold at the usual home improvement centers. Epoxy-Coat is excellent. However, a few tips for those planning to use this product:1.Prep floor as recommended, however be sure to fill all cracks. I was under the impression that the product would fill cracks less than 1/8”, but that is clearly not the case (my bad). Won’t even fill 1/16”. Need to patch all but hairline cracks.2.Mixing: The instructions say to mix using a power drill with the mixing tool provided. This mixes the epoxy and hardener just great, but introduces lots of air bubbles! When the floor was drying, lots of bubbling occurred, leaving little craters everywhere. Blowing it with a leaf blower is only marginally effective. I ended up a little short on product (diff story), so had a 25 sqft area to finish using a touch up kit. As a test, I mixed the epoxy and hardener thoroughly with a paint stick, being careful not to beat air bubbles into it. The base color coat and top clear coat came out awesome! Very minimal bubbling – excellent finish. If I ever do this again, I would mix by hand with the paint stick (or mix carefully with the power tool in a different size container whereby the mixing tool head is completely submerged under the product).3.Squeegee: The one provided is too small. I used it on the base color coat application and it was too flimsy and small, and was partly the cause for why I ran short on material to cover the entire garage. For the clear coat, I used a much better squeegee, a few inches wider than the one provided, and it worked much better. Application was faster and more uniform.4.Spiked Shoes: These are an absolute must, not an option. Do not attempt to epoxy your floor without spikes!!

PRICY BUT WORTH IT
I purchased Epoxy Coat over 2 years ago and it has held up excellent. If you follow all the directions down to the letter it will come out perfectly. You will need extra tools and don't rush. Also if you mess up you can rent a floor sander from Home Depot scuff up the existing and put down another coat and it will come out great also.Additional tools: a telescopic handle for the roller and epoxy "squeegee" that can reach at least 15 feet. This will help in back rolling.
