Product has ingredients that are non-irritating to the skin including parfum fragrance. I have very sensitive skin and this product is perfect for that.It also works with different types of hair. I have curly 3A hair and it is difficult to find something that works well with it. It has a light soft hold that doesn't weigh down hair.

I’ve bought this product several times because it really works. I apply it to the sections on both sides of my part to give my curly but fine hair some lift and volume.

I have the Innersense mouse and I prefer this one!I got so much more volume and less residue from Yarok plus it was less per ounce so it was a much better deal for the quality and price.I also preferred the smell of Yarok over Innersense. I didn’t really notice a strong smell with Yarok but I do with Innersense.They both support my hair health during my growth so both are great I just prefer Yarok!

I received my order quickly and was extremely pleased with how fast it was shipped and I love how it makes my hair shine and volume is good. My first shipment had leaked some into the plastic wrap. I wasn't asking to return it just wanted to inform yarok of so they could check on how they wrap. I emailed them and told them what happened and that I did not want to return it that I was just informing them. I received an email immediately and yarok shipped me a replacement in short amount of time. I will continue to use the Feed Your roots and I will continue to order from yarok.Good product, good customer service.

I had to return it because it was making me very irritated whenever I put it on my hair. I have a very sensitive hair where I can’t really use many hair products if any. I thought if I got this one which was natural, I wouldn’t be irritated. I would’ve thought it was the chemicals in the conventional way of using hair products, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

My hair is naturally straight. This is the effect I get when I used this product just like any other mousse. Lathered a small amount on my roots the blow dried upside down. This made my hair dry kinky and crunchy looking. It still looked like this even after I tried to brush it out. Sucks because I really would like to use a nontoxic mousse. My toxic one doesn't make my hair look bad like this.

If you read my other reviews, you'll see I'm a realist. I don't expect these all natural, no chemical products to be as good as the sticky, gluey harmful ones. If you want a little more body and volume, this will do the trick. It makes your hair a little stiff and give it some volume. If you want thick, voluminous hair like in the commercials, you need to stick with the ones with all the harmful chemicals. But if you're looking for a little extra volume from something safer to use, you'll be pleased with this one. Nothing spectacular.

It’s very hard to find hair products that aren’t loaded with a bunch of harmful chemicals, but this product was a happy find. It doesn’t come out in a thick wave of foam like regular mousse, but again probably from lack of bad chemicals. It’s comes in a pump bottle and is a bit runny when it comes out. I use it sparingly because I don’t like a lot of any product on my hair because they can trigger migraines (but NOT) Yarok. Once the mousse dries it doesn’t leave that hard, wet, plastic look that some do. My hair is soft and it gently holds my hair how I like it.
