Easy to fit.

This worked for me, replacing a similar but larger unit within a twin LED strip batten unit bought from Screwfix a few years ago, which had started flashing. Quality seems decent, smaller than the unit it replaced and also double insulated. Screw terminals and a strain relief on the mains side (fine), it has a captive (soldered) cable on the LED side, with mains colours (?!) and a connector installed. I docked 1 star for this as I would prefer to have screw or spring contacts.. and wiring that doesn't look like it is for the mains! As it was the connector was wrong for the fitting I was repairing so I stripped the connector off and connected the old one via some Wagos. Did the trick but could have been neater.

The quality was poor out of the pack. wired it in and it never worked at all. not worth my time to get into refund requests and postage. Don't buy it.

When I opened the parcel I was surprised to find exactly the same make unit as the one which had failed (V-TAC) and not a LEDLUX branded unit. So not sure if it is a copy or not but it works. The only difference is my original V-TAC unit did not say only "suitable for a maximum 10-12 Hours Daily" on it so I have to assume this is a copy. However at the price and the use I am putting it to I am not worried.

This is a piece of junk. The connections for the wires are useless. I got one of these and it went into the landfill. I would give zero stars if the website allowed it.
