If you are looking for a true replacement for the Samsung DA29-00003F filter that is no longer produced, this is the correct filter to buy. I had to purchase and return 2 other filters that claimed they replaced the Samsung filter but had a different locking mechanism. I was told by Samsung that I either had to force it into the housing or take a knife and shave the locking mechanism for most of the replacement filters to work. Seriously?! This filter fit perfectly and the water tastes great. The price was good too so I went ahead and bought enough to last a couple of years in case I can't find the right filter when I need it again. I have only had my Samsung refrigerator for one year and now they no longer make the filter for it?

I bought this to replace the filter in my Samsung fridge. the model number listed should fit my fridge. But this item was a extremely tight fit. after installation, i tried to get some water through the dispenser, and the filter started leaking. When I took the filter off, high pressure water sprayed everywhere in the fridge (unlike the filter I had before). I drained the water from the filter and the carbon started wash out of the filter housing. This is terrible product. I am lucky not to break my fridge.

Purchased this as replacement filter for my Samsung refrigerator. Spent a great deal of time comparing filters and reading reviews. I was certain this one would fit; it has the same distinctive notch pattern as current filter.There was no reason to remove from packaging until the current filter expired, which was today. Tried to put in new filter, and it does not lock in at all. The dimensions of the filter also look slightly smaller than the old one. This leads me to believe it is a manufacturing defect from poor quality control.Do not buy this filter for your Samsung refrigerator unless you want to play filter roulette. If so, try it right away so it can be returned within 30 day window.

From box to trash in less than 10 minutes. This product advertises that it's a replacement for a DA29-0003B. It is not; it will not fit in place of a DA29-0003B! Removed and compared with my old filter, it's close but it's been mismanufactured so there's no way it will fit (stem is not tall enough).Garbage, complete garbage. Not worth $1.

Filters do not fit my fridge. It is the same part number that I have bought from other filter dealers, so I know it was supposed to be correct. But first thing you notice out of the box is that the filters are smaller. The "nipple" part, which fits into the fridge seems the right size, but they won't turn and fit in the filter compartment. Very dissatisfied. If I'd known sooner, I would have returned them. But I bought them to have on hand, so didn't open until now.

After installing 6 months ago, I discovered that the filter had no water in it when it was time to replace. The replacement filter had the same problem. It appears to fit and lock in place but the top stem is too short and no water enters the filter. Not only am I out $25 dollars but I have been drinking unfiltered water for the last 6 months. This is great the price is right and it does as good if not better then buying in the store at twice the price.

We have been using the filters for our Samsung fridge for some time now. Works fine, good value for money.

Look the same as Samsung originals and are cheaper but they leak. Cut your loses and only purchase Samsung original filters.

J'ai du limer pour que ça s'emboîte en vissant. Je n'ai pas eu ce problème avec les filtres Amazon Basics ou d'autres acheté précédemment. Pourtant la référence est la bonne. J'ai poster une photo (à gauche l'original) qui montre le problème. Après coup pas de problème, le filtre fonctionne correctement mais ne me demandez pas de juger la qualité de l'eau, j'en serais incapable.

Malgré la référence compatible avec mon frigo Samsung au moment d'installer la cartouche impossible de la vie c'est celle-ci était tout à fait incompatible aucune correspondance j'ai dû le renvoyer et heureusement que le service Amazon très très bien
