Potato alternative
This is my fifth purchase of this cauliflower hash brown. It is an excellent option for children. I placed it in the air fryer and allowed it to cook for 20 minutes. Its golden brown texture offers a delectable alternative to potato, and it provides excellent value for my money. I highly recommend this product to individuals seeking a cholesterol-friendly alternative, as it has proven beneficial for me.

Not bad..not great
I love cauliflower so I figured I would love these. In an effort to cut back carbs I bought these. I pan fried one serving and added a little olive oil. The outside had some crispiness but not much, the inside was more of a mashed potato texture, although thick. I could definitely taste the cauliflower AND potatoes (in ingredient list). Portion size was good! I had one at half the carb serving size. Honestly I prefer my hashbrown texture less mushy/mashed. It needed a little more salt too. It wasn't bad by any means, and I could deal with it for a lower carb option, but wasn't too happy with texture. I'll try it in the oven next time.

Very delicious
These are absolutely delicious, I promise you cannot tell the difference between these and a normal hashbrown. Throw them in an air fryer or on a pan and they turn out nice and Krispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I LOVE CAULIFLOWER, these are just OK. I put them in the air fryer, and they are VERY PLAIN. For this price, I would not buy them again
