This is the tastiest fake meat you will ever try. I'm so creeped out by fake meat when it's bad. Sometimes it doesn't feel worth the trauma. But it is so worth it this time. Trust me on this. It's great in soup, in sandwiches, anywhere you would use chicken. It's made of lab grown mushroom, which is kinda weird, but super sustainable. and the flavor and texture is perfect. I've never had a bad bite It's the best news for chickens too, because it tastes as good or better.

I've been a vegetarian my whole adult life, and it can be tiring having nothing but tofu and wheat gluten as meat substitutes. Just like carnivores have to rely upon chicken or beef as a staple base meat, we vegetarians tend to make everything with one or two fake meats. Well, these Quorn cubes are great because they add another texture to the mix. They don't have much flavor, but that's the point: They take on the flavor of whatever you are cooking them with. I use them in stir fry, and they take on the flavor of the sauce nicely. I think of all the Quorn products, these are the most versatile, but check out their chicken nuggets and filets because those are good too.

This is a filling protein that has a place in a well balanced diet. It is versatile and can be eaten in stir fries, curries or even cold with mayo. It’s never going to be haute cuisine but it’s a vegetarian protein well worth including if you look for meat alternatives

Recipie was a great test as theres very little room to hide since chicken is the star. Wide egg noodles, broth, fresh rosemary, garlic, carrots, celery, and this pack of Quorn chicken. Thats it for a hearty vegan thick n chunky soup. Required no substitutions other than veggie broth. It took less time than with real chicken as these chunks were already prepped and pefect size. Its that good of a chicken substitute. Feeds 4 adults, and no one suspected a thing even my very resistant " if it aint got meat it aint dinner" cousin. I had to dig out the package to prove to my guests they had really been eating something that had never laid an egg or wasnt cultured from meat cells.

So easy to prepare and add to meals to boost protein and fiber. Plus it is delicious and has a texture comparable to chicken.
