This is a high quality, shielded, three conductor cable. (or a two conductor cable if you're like Cory and don't know WTF you're doing).

Great if you need to make custom 3 pin DMX or CLR cables.
I got tired of spending a lot to get expensive cables of unknown or out and out inferior quality. If you are comfortable fabricating cables and, like me, need a lot of them in fixed locations, get this, some well priced bulk packs of Neutrik XLR connectors, a half decent soldering station, a basic volt/ohm meter, some shrink wrap tubing and a heat gun. If you are just getting started making cables or are, like me, always moving too fast from step to step, your mantra should be “patience”. I now carry a spool of this cable and a toolbox with all the aforementioned tools to any gig where I am unsure of cabling requirements.

It worked as described. Not sure what else to say….
Honestly, will order again. Quality product. But it is cable. Nothing really to blow me away. Two wires and shielding to be soldered to the connectors (sold separately.). So yeah. I’m happy.
