Army Wife merch is everywhere you look but National Guard is a lot harder to find, so being able to customize something just for me was amazing. The colors are exactly as pictured, the stitching is perfectly neat, and you can tell the lettering is hand stitched due to the tiny but heartfelt imperfections. This patch is going on the knockoff rucksack my beloved Soldier bought me for our adventures when he finally gets home ❤️ thank you for helping me stay a little closer to my love while he's away!

With my last employer, I was in charge of ordering embroidered shirts, hats, etc.. we would order by the hundreds. So I have an expectation of what a quality embroidery should look like. Anyway, I ordered two patches from the seller and I was really excited to get it. However, I quickly was disappointed as soon as I opened the package. yes it’s embroidered, exactly what I wanted embroidered, but the embroidery is very sloppy. I don’t know if they are using a low quality embroidery machine, or simply lack experience. Either way, it’s a low quality embroidery job. I tried to tell myself it was “good enough” but the more I look at it the more I realize I just won’t use these patches. Obviously because they’re custom they’re not returnable, and I totally understand that. So now I’m on a search to find a different embroiderer to have them made somewhere else.

Order 2 badges. Both came FAST to my door. Stitching is great, but it lacks in the quality. The wording is very thin compared to others for its smallest size. Could be better if wording is stitched with thicker and wider. As for long-term if it will last, I'll see.
