I began using protein powder after I started losing weight. I've tried a few different brands, but this is the first one that I actually enjoy using. There is no graininess with this powder. It dissolves completely and easily whether you use water, milk, coffee, or anything else. You don't need to tie your cup to a jackhammer and run it for 10 minutes just to mix everything thoroughly. There is no bitterness or aftertaste either. The 25mg of protein is great for building and maintaining muscle mass. If you're looking for a quality protein powder I would definitely give this one a try. It provides the isolate whey protein, which is the one you need. Also, it doesn't try to push a huge amount of protein per serving by adding questionable ingredients. This brand has many flavors as well. I've tried the chocolate as well as the cookies and cream. However, my favorite is the frosted cinnamon bun. 10/10 for sure.

Delicious protein powder! It mixes very well with water, milk, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. This brand has some of the best tasting protein powders! No artificial taste at all.

Doesn't taste like a cinnamon bun but still tastes really good. Tastes more like liquid oatmeal. I would buy it again though. Blends way better than any protein I've used. You don't even need a shaker cup just any bottle with a lid and shake it up there will be no lumps. It just doesn't have that gummy/lumpy hydrophobic reaction that whey typically does. I'm sure even in a glass with a spoon could yield a smooth shake quickly with no lumps and I've never had that with any other whey. Feels good in the stomach too because it isn't loaded with gums like other brands. It's just really high quality I was very impressed.

Taste less like a cinnamon roll and more like a powdered horchata packet not bad by any means still taste great just different from what I expected. Also note that this flavor of protein makes the shake thick so add a bit more liquid than you typically would.

Love this protein. Best flavor. A bit pricey but the size for price is pretty spot on. I use it once a day to every other day and it lasts me just short of 2 months.

This protein powder isn't the best flavor, or consistency. It's very thick, and clumpy, and should be used in a blender to get the best texture. I mask the taste with a handful of frozen strawberries. It makes it tolerable. Only bought it because of the price (was cheap for 5lbs). Save your money, go buy Dymatize protein powder, its a way better product.

I use this to make my overnight oats. Its delicious with them and some berries. High protein breakfast. Mix with fairlife milk for some added protein.
