My index references pages in the introduction beyond xxxi that are not in my copy. Fro example: "Hardware Schedule xxxiii" - page not in book. "Substitution Request Forms xxxiii,111"- xxxiii page not in book & 111 does not have an mention of the forms. There are several others.

Comprehensive

Great reference guide for anyone who needs to know the finer points of architectural hardware for estimating, writing specifications or creating hardware schedules. Highly recommended.

Not as in depth a guide as I hoped—a lot of repetition.

Have bought several for fellow hardware peers. It's the bible.

A must have book for anyone who deals with door hardware or has to make decisions relating to egress and life safety issues.

Outstanding

The book is well organized, and easy to follow and understand. There are more than enough illustration which makes it easier to stay awake on an otherwise difficult and tiring subject.
