worked occasionally - display replacement fixed the problem
This product is exactly what I needed. It is made very well and easy to use. It is also accurate when it is working. I am running clean water through it for a geothermal system. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not. The manufacture sent me a new display which appears to be working. The replacement part arrived within a few days. The original part took a few months. Very please with the working unit!

Confusing Instructions
The unit itself seems well built. But it is battery operated and there is no mention of a low battery warning in literature. The instruction that came with the unit is translated to english, from chinese I guess. Very difficult to understand. The displayed value only goes up to 9999, then starts a 0 again. There is an accumulated value that goes up to 99,999 I think, haven't got that far yet. There is a very confusing part about accuracy test and using a coefficient to adjust accuracy. My difficulty is figuring out how to test accuracy of the unit. I bought it to measure the accuracy of other devices and calculations. And now I'm not sure I can trust it. I have to admit the price is very good, but it will take some effort to understand and verify accuracy.

Acceptable quality but smells terribly
I’m becoming increasingly disappointed in the percentage of items purchased from Amazon that come from countries with poor manufacturing standards. This gauge has an incredibly strong odor that smells a lot like gasoline. I’ve soaked it in dawn dish soap and vinegar through multiple rounds, and I can’t seem to get the smell out. I’m planning to use it in a potable water application and may not be able to. Note: the description indicates it can be used for water, and I purchased the stainless version for this reason. The physical gauge itself is heavy and appears to be well built, but I’m very skeptical about its ability to accurately measure flow, based on a trial run. It initially appears to be off by about 35%.

Digital display quit working.
The meter worked great until it rained. Apparently, it is not water proof. No more display after less that 2 weeks of use. If you buy one, don't leave it in the rain.

Works, but not at low flow rates
Seems to accurately report flow above .5 gal per minute. At lower relates does not report flow
