Is it cold for front AND back of the knee?

Slightly. I originally got these gel packs for both knees, because they would stay “cold” for 45 mins. NOT! But, if you just need 10 mins of icing then get them. They will ice longer if you soak’m in water then freeze

How long is it? I’m concerned it won’t fit around my knee.
