Why can't I get this in New York?

Because of your over-protective law makers and history of overuse and abuse with Pest companies in the state of New York (city)

Can they fly after this? I don't want my kids to be playing with dead flies... I thought Id spray the bottom of a garbage can/bag if they can't fly.

Had an infestation of flies coming in the house, realized they were coming from the trash cans we had outside the garage. Sprayed this about 1 pm on the trash cans, my wife and son got home at 5 pm and told me that something was wrong....there were dead flies everywhere outside the garage. Each trash can lid was covered with 20-30 dead flies of all sizes. Honestly, I have never seen anything quite like it.

Do I need a license for this for my place?

No, if you didn’t need a license, they could not have sold it to you. It works fantastic. Just a tiny bit spray like in my garbage can kills them. I don’t have to use fly bait or anything anymore. Just a little goes a long way.

Is it safe to use this product indoors? I have a big problem with flies getting in through my upstairs window and I cannot reach to spray outside.

Yes!!! I spray it around window and door frames. Once they land on those areas they die pretty quick. I also spray the rim of the trash can as well. This stuff helps tremendously.
