Papillons (Comprehensive Owner's Guide)

A wonderfully well written book with most of the information on the dog breed, that one would ever need. Conformation was important for me as my dog is a rescue dog with questionable breed. Also, the information on training and playing with the dog was very helpful and pertinent to what I needed for my dog. My dog has a bit of an aggression problem and the book added to what my trainer had to say. The pictures were very good with plenty of different Papillons featured.

Purchased this for a friend that just got a papillon puppy. They loved it. Purchased other items for this puppy Kong Puppy rubber treats and dog crate.

This is a great book for Papillon owners, however, it is often mistaken as being AKC sanctioned. It is not related, in any way to the AKC. Still this book is great for Papillon Owners.

Just as I hoped, a lot of different ideas that will allow us to enjoy our papillon much more. -Lucky appreciates our purchase too.

I read this book prior to getting two little papillon-eskimo mixed puppies and this book absolutely prepared me for what was to come. I also bought a book on eskimos and the two books together just what I needed. Accurate as far as I can tell

Adopted a papillon and while I knew generally about the breed I wanted to know more. This book was very informative and helpful in knowing the breed past and present.

A complete and comprehensive look at Papillions. I learned so much. My Papillion and I are very close and will be great pals for a very long time because of the tips I learned from this book.

This book is interesting, informative and helpful. There are always questions when the new puppy arrives and this book has lots of answers--it's a great place to get started with learning about your new pal.

I bought this book for my wife, she has found it very informative good to refer to, there is agood layout in pictures of the dogs and learning all about training and looking after the dog in general, she found very useful,on the whole a very good book and the author describes in detail the points needed when purchasing a Papillon. Overall I would recommend this book to anyone, who either is thinking or has a Papillon at home. D Bowen.

A concise read covering various aspects of owning one of this delightful breed of dog. Would especially recommend it if anyone gets a Papillion from a pup.

It's a ok book. Good if your going to show but I'm not. Some information was useful but there is not many books to choose from.

Lots of pictures to break up the text, lots of useful practical tips. Relevant to other small breeds too, decent font size
