BBR Tuning Billet Intake Manifold Bicycle Engine Motorized Bike (40 mm)

i seen intakes that had a gaskit for 32mm and 40mm but the gaskit never comes with it it took me forever just to find one with out the gaskit and just being 40mm it fits good i instaled it in a matter of minutes

This intake will give you better air flow into you’re motor thus increasing power best combined with the hp carburetor use orange gasket maker for the gasket

Being closer to the engine, it heats up faster meaning it’s going to be really hot, heating up the fuel mixture before it reaches the chamber and LOSING performance, it’s not a huge amount but it’s definitely enough to not buy it. the quality is ok just simple billet at its finest, o-ring is mediocre. The worst part is, the holes for the bolts are rounded inwards as a little cove preventing the intake to be tightened all the way and not using the stock washer and lock washer because the hole is too big for them, I had to use my own bigger lock washer to make it work without a giant leak.

Definitely worth buying. Helped getting my carb on a tight fitting frame and also helps idle. More responsive. Will buy again.
