Works perfectly after working with excellent customer service
So when I first received this backrest after ordering I was not very pleased with the backrest. It would not work as it should as the flat bracket the backrest mounts to would not fit into the receiver correctly. I’ve seen on a couple other reviews some people were having the exact same issue. After reaching out to customer service and speaking to Rose, she was able to send me another one in which I received and it worked perfectly without any issues. This backrest is getting 5 stars from me because their customer service was excellent and very responsive!

Hopefully manufacturer has a solution
The product is good quality and it fits!!! But the problem is, it doesn't get close enough to support my back unless I'm reclining on it!! I reach out to the manufacturer for support to see if there's anything that can solve the problem!!

Easy to install
Easy to install, however it’s hard to tighten the Allen screw that holds the back rest in place otherwise it looks great.

Great added back support for stock seats
Pros - Easy install (15 min). Good support for longer rides. Cons - No instructions. You don't need them there are some videos out there.
