Is m-size a different size than normal xylimelts i have purchased? i have lost some shape to my mouth and the size i have been buying is too big.

the only ones I have ever purchased have the actual size of the melt on the front of the box and has never changed in the years that I have used them

What are the ingredients?

I will read off the back of the box. The main ingredient is XYLITOL. Other's are acacia gum, cellulose gum, natural mint, calcium carbonate and magnesium stearate. I like the mild mint over the extra mint. I showed these to my dentist and he now recommends these to his patients. I use it at bedtime and no longer wake up with dry mouth or my tounge stuck to the roof of my mouth! Hope this helped. Extra mint was to strong.
