They're tiny! Just pull the cap off the stem, insert according to the package directions, squeeze the bulb to insert the glycerine, pull it out and discard the little bulb with stem, then you wait. Stick close to the bathroom, because this can work as fast as just a few minutes. Try to hold it as long as you can so that water can be drawn into the colon. The next thing you know, you are going to feel so much better! Consider having some Witch Hazel pads handy if there is too much discomfort afterwards - they can provide tremendous relief for raw and irritated areas. These things come in a package of four for around $5 or thereabouts. Considering the alternative - a trip to the Emergency Room - I'd say that these are an excellent value for the fast relief that they provide. Definitely a must-have for the home nedicine kit!
