Turbo Roaster

This simple contraption makes for the juiciest turkey - no more dry turkey.Also, cooks in half the time.

Chicken was really tender.

Ordered for my Mom. She had one and it broke. She loves it and uses it to cook her turkeys. The day it broke i ordered one on Amazon that night.

So... It cooked the turkey moist. The bad news, like most people say is it will run out of water about half way through and you feel that you should add more. When you do it will crack the jar.

Bird came out no differently than when roasting normally, yet this contraption just adds more effort to the process, including involved handling and cleaning. Learn from my example: don't buy into the potential promised by this gimmick.

Best invention ever. I've been searching for something to make beer can chickens easier. I bring a mixture of 50/50 beer and water to a boil. Put the mixture in 2 turbo roasters. Followed the instructions for cooking a turkey, and cooked a 21lb turkey in 2.5 hours. Everyone in my family loved it. I must say that the wings did need to be cooked a little longer after we carved the turkey. And yes, I did use 2 turbo roasters.

the turbo roaster is wonderful it cooks turkey & chickens in half the time just as advertised. I bought a second one for my niece who is an excellent cook and does lots of entertaining . She also loves hers.

used this thing for the first time and the water ran out before the turkey got done, sooooo i followed the instructions of refilling i added HOT water to the jar and it shattered. i was very disappointed about that. i was really looking forward to seeing if it worked. so for me it was a waste of money.
