This has been a game changer for my migraines!!! It doesn't fix them but it makes them bearable!! The fleece is very comfortable and after a minute or two the gel packs start to mold to your head. Since my migraines are always on one side of my head I can leave 2 of the gel packs on the freezer at a time for a quick change out and almost costanr cooling. The "helmet" as I call it, has enough material to pull it down over my eyes too so that helps with light sensitivity. Overall great product and highly recommend!

I got this for my boyfriend when he requested an ice hat to help with his migraines. I also got another cap style just to see what would fit best on his head and he liked this style best for the ease of use. I even tried it the other day and it helped with my tension headache. It comes with a plastic bag so that you can keep the cap in the freezer and it protects it from freezer burn. Definitely worth having around. I did not get paid for the review!

I like this cap. It would definitely work out for other reliefs but Will not be good for long hour Chemo.

Love this product. Hat is a little large but I'm ok with it wished it had come with extra ice packs. Most real suffers doing get rid of a migraine in one round of of ice packs and a 2nd one c could be getting iced while 1st being used.

I was looking for a little bit thicker ice cap that might stay cool longer. This is definitely thicker, but there's so much fabric that it doesn't really feel cold any more. If you're looking for an ice pack that isn't so cold, this is probably a good option for you. But, it not being cold enough defeats the purpose for me!

I have a newly diagnosed case of scarring alopecia on the top of my scalp which burns and itches. I was plopping an ice pak on top of my head. This product holds 4 ice paks in place. It is well made and comfortable. It was nicely packaged and came right away. It has a nice bag to keep it clean in the freezer. It was 1/2 the price of a flimsy one I returned. I wish it had a additional ice pak for the very top of the head but it gently cools the sides very nicely. I would recommend this product

This fits my head perfectly, I could see where it might be too tight for larger men, I’m a smaller woman. I wear it a little loose when I have a headache, and twist it around when it starts melting. I like it best when it’s frozen. With a cold face mask and headache medicine, I’m good to go. I wish I found this years ago!

I have a big head and it fits me well, a little too long if anything, it covers my eyes.

Comfortable but not that effective. The ice packs are quite thin and are insulated by the cap so do not offer enough cooling. Not recommended for migraines.
