This product is AMAZING!!! I have autoimmune problems that lead to some mineral deficiency and this product helps to fill in the gaps that regular diet just can't reach. If I had it all to purchase all over again I would certainly look for a smaller capsule count bottle, but the price on this one is certainly fair, I just don't need to take it more than once a day right now, and I question the potency of such things over extended periods of time. These capsules are easy to swallow and vegetable encased instead of plastic type capsules, so easier on the body all around as far as absorption.
