This is a fantastic bed frame! I love it, it looks as pictured. It wasn't damaged (which I was REALLY worried about, reading the one other review). It took about an hour or so to assemble and we did have to drill some holes where we had difficulty with the pre-drilled holes. It's very sturdy, though! I got the king and my husband is 200+ pounds, plus my 140 lbs, doesn't budge :)

I ordered two twin beds in this style. One was missing a packet of wood screws. The other had a broken part. Between the two packages I was able to assemble one bed. I called modway customer service to get replacement parts expressed to my house -- because I now have a kid sleeping on the floor. I was told I needed to file a claim, but that the claims department would respond promptly. I filed the claim and got a form email telling me they'd respond to my email in 10-15 DAYS!!!! This is completely unacceptable.When I assembled the one bed, I found that the pieces were not precisely constructed, and I had to use quite a bit of force to get them to fit together.Between the broken and missing parts, the complete lack of customer service, and the poor construction, I can't recommend that anyone buy this bed.
