DANGER if you like the way your LUMIX works the way it came !!!
On the one hand this lens is what the LUMIX camera needed to shoot Bands Playing from Up-Close = 5-Star Worthy & why I bought it !!HOWEVER after using the lens Once then removing it - my LUMIX would NOT Focus without the lens on it no mater what I tried I thought I might have broke the camera/focus with the extra weight or by bumping it or whatever = Could NOT take any Pix or VideoI put lens back on and focus Works Great BUT I must Now and forever Keep the lens on to take a Pic or VideoIt's like the Auto Focus went Past a point that it can no longer return from and now won't function as camera came Stock w/o lensThat takes away from the Compact size/weight & Low Light & Telephoto abilities camera had as stockI have Not found a workaround for this problem AND it IS a ProblemI will try and reply when I come to a conclusion Good or Bad, Till then Decide if it's worth the risk for you !!

Do not waste your time.
The image was noticeably softer after installing the lens adapter. I was hoping to have some zoom capability but the moment you zoomed in just a little the edges were incredibly soft. In my opinion, the loss of quality is not worth $150 for a wider field of view.
