Great Shock Mount
I had been looking for a shock mount for the Blue Ember for a while and this was the first one I found and it works perfectly. Fits just fine.

Good Enough.
Cheap, plastic, but does the job surprisingly well for the price. I cant complain. Pop filter on mine is a little crooked, no matter what, but like I said, it's cheap and works. If you wanna save a few bucks by getting everything dirt cheap, this is the one.

It Is What It Is
good product, it was $15 so i want expecting aluminum or steel. Its made of a plastic that feels like it may crack if not careful tightening up the screws but its PRO gear, its meant to be treated with care. I'm the only one that handles my mics anyways, Happy with purchase!

This will damage your microphone
It broke without being touched and damaged my expensive microphone. Not worth buying.

Issues with mount
Sturdy build, though I'm not happy with plastic. Overall a good backup mount but... I have two BLUE Ember mics and have been trying to find one that fits the mic and when I saw a shock mount being advertised as specifically for an Ember I jumped on it. Unlike a few others here who praise the mount my experience was not so good. I'm no engineer but I'm pretty sure I know how to mount a mic. This mount WILL NOT hold my mics securely... the mics wobble in the mount even after I used teflon tape on the mic threads to try and secure them but no good. The mics can move about half an inch in all directions. I'll hold onto this because it may come in handy... but NOT because it fits my mics because it doesn't.

Perfect
It fits the blue ember perfect. It screws on the bottom and connects to the mic so itโs the mic and shock mount become one piece. If you have the blue ember this is a must have.

Fast and in Good Shape
I bought this item at 10:30 last night and it arrived at around 1:30 today. Box in great shape. I haven't tried it yet, but the service was great.

Does not hold up to repeated set-up and tear down; does work for set-it-and-forget-it setups!
Great product, mostly. The design is different, maybe a bit bulky compared to how I would have expected it (in fact I have since modified it to make the design much more compact and it works great) but still functional and useful right out of the box. The only thing that sucks in MY use case, is I travel, like all the time, it's part of my job, so I am constantly setting these things up and tearing them down on the road for a 1-2 hour stolen chunk of time to record part of a song... The long arms that the elastic bands rest on are too long, unnecessarily so, and they break super easy. I ended up stripping a cat6 cable and using two of the individual wires, bypassing the entire little legs and just using the very base of them to loop the wire strands around so I could route them through the middle "floating" piece. In my opinion it's much more sturdy without those legs threatening to break on you, and they eventually will if you move around a lot. I watched them get those white stress-marks in the middle and just waited for myself to make the wrong move and -crrrrack!- "....damn..." was out of commission for like 3 days til I thought up the mod so it could still be used. If you're a stationary creature, definitely a good buy. If you're a nomad by occupation, be warned, you will be jury-rigging this eventually. But still works!
