This product was a disaster for me. All the capsules in the jar were broken or frayed making it completely difficult to swallow each capsule it is red in colour.After using the tablets twice a day my leg got swollen. And pain start building in the rear of feet in reach leg. Yeah i got bulked up. Seems like tablet were made up of garbage paper as seen inside. My total money for wasted.Although tasteless i think there is nothing chemical inside it and it is just a false filled capsule. If there were ingredient inside it as stated the tablet would have been treated bitter but of COURSE THERE IS ONLY GARBAGE PAPER INSIDE there is no tasteI purchased the product for the first time from this company and foot disappointed. I'm going to throw half of unused tablets now.
