I tied this product before, during, and after my workouts. I found that I got the most from it while using it during my workouts. The pumps were great and I felt like the recovery time improved. I highly recommend getting this! Also it taste great and mixes great.

I purchased the Watermelon Ice flavor. I like to use more water than suggested. 1 scoop + 12 ounces of water is my go to mixture. The taste is pretty awesome. I like the versatility of the product. I use it INTRA workout like a traditional BCAA product. It helps with muscle fatigue so I am able to work through the last few reps of sets with no problem. I lift during the week and hit each muscle group once. On Saturday I perform a HIIT ( high intensity workout ) so I use this product like a preworkout. Instead of a traditional preworkout product, sip and wait 30 mins or so before the workout. I can drink this product 5-10 minutes before the HIIT workout and be confident the BCAAs will be there throughout the 20 minute workout. This product is a SOLID choice

Upon first sip, I was blown away at the flavor! BCAA’s typically mix with a lot of froth, and have a “dry” aftertaste...but not here! There’s a strong watermelon ice-pop flavor that is not overly sweet, but definitely noticeable. I take two scoops of this on my fasted training days and it sits well in my stomach, no digestive issues or anything. I will say that the provided scoop was a few grams short of the recommended dosage, so you might want to weigh it out. I would also strongly suggest taking two scoops to reach the recommended amount of BCAA’s for effectiveness, but this NOT a knock against this product (virtually every BCAA product needs two scoops). With BPI, you’re getting a quality, tested product that has a transparent label and a fantastic flavoring system. Just try not to think about the name too much!

Have been a fan of their BCAAs for some time as they deliver the perfect amino ratio needed to be a quality drink, but NOW they added a few more ingredients including one of my favorite... Citrulline!!!Due to the addition of Citrulline I like to drink it during my lifting session so I can use the Citrulline to help prop a pre that might not have enough citulline to my liking. On top of that the stuff tastes amazing and it mixes very well!I will say that the Blue Raz flavor I picked up is a much less tart raz flavor and for me that works great. Very happy with this product overall and will def buy more.... especially if they can come up with some new flavors.... HINT HINT!!

Great product, been using bcaa’s intra workout for years. Love the additives to this new formula it’s what sold me most. Taste is really good too but for me it’s the ingredients. Definitely noticed an improvement in recovery vs not using bcaa’s.

One of the best flavored BCAA I have ever tried, mixing this with pre workout or even alone changes your workouts most definitely. It gives you an energy boost like no other BCAA's and you can definitely notice difference instantly. I always use the BCAA during my workout and the energy boost doesn't wear off like other BCAA's overtime.

I like it it just takes like a 2 weeks to deliver to my house

BPI's best bcaa passion fruit was a stable supp in my stash. Decided to give this newer version a try and loved it. Usually use 1 scoop with my pre and another one intra. Citrulline malate slightly improves pumps, but endurance is really on top. Mixes pretty well and blue raz is on point.

Me gustó el sabor y lo dulce, depende de tu gusto, si lo quieres mas dulce solo le agregas un poco más.

Entreno en el gimnasio entrenamiento de fuerza de lunes a viernes, llevo una alimentación no tan estricta.. Lo llevo probando ya cuatro meses y en mi caso a aportado que tenga buenos resultados para mi nivel en el gimnasio junto con otros pocos suplementos... Como detalle he probado otros BCAAs y este es de los mejores que yo he probado.
