Effective Probiotic for Post-Antibiotic Recovery
I recently had to take several courses of antibiotics and experienced some unpleasant side effects. Knowing the importance of restoring gut health, I decided to try these probiotics. I've found these probiotics to be quite helpful in managing my post-antibiotic issues. They're reasonably priced, and I've noticed a definite improvement in my digestive comfort since I started taking them. Things are "smoother," and my tummy feels much better. I also appreciate that they don't require refrigeration, which is very convenient. I do wish they had a greater diversity of probiotic strains. While I wish this product contained a wider variety of probiotic strains, it's still effective in helping me recover from the after-effects of antibiotic use.
