This is a great find for anyone trying to cut carbs and add protein sources to your diet. This was cheaper than the competitors at my local store and had 25 percent more protein.

Very impressed! Cooked up beautifully with a nice al dente. Iโm a convert especially with the amount of protein and minerals.

I liked this high protein noodle. I would slightly undercook it because the texture can get off putting with any amount of overcooking

No, this doesn't taste like pasta. No, this doesn't taste or smell like chemicals. I'm deeply concerned about how bad the average person is at discerning flavor and just thinking in general. I think this pasta has a mild chickpea flavor that is masked more with a flavorful sauce. I think I prefer to boil it a minuten or two more than the directions call for so the texture doesn't turn out kind of harder in the middle and strange, then I strain and rinse it very well to get rid of some of the beanyness. It's fine, I like it enough. I can't have wheat. You may or may not like it yourself, just try it its only a few dollars. I think it would be decent in a chickeny soup.

A great salvation for those who love pasta but don't want to eat wheat flour. Barilla's taste is significantly better than other brands.
