Enerzen Ceramic Ozone Replacement Plate for O-888 High Capacity Ozone Generators

It works great, the ozone smell was just as strong as when new. However, when replacing the original plate it has some sort of thermal paste between it and the cooler. The new plate does not have this. I scraped off the old paste and spread it round on the new plate. I don't know if thermal compound used in PCs would work, might be worth a try. You'll want some form of thermal absorption to prevent overheating which could be dangerous.

I used these to replace the spent elements on a couple of small ozone ( Enerzen 0-777/ 6000mg ) generators. The correct size was unavailable, and cost more!?! I thought I’d try these, and although they are much larger, there’s plenty of room inside, nothing is getting overloaded, and the unit is back to converting/ generation mucho ozone. I have no way of measuring output, but it seems like the output is like new, or even better. The power supply does not heat up even during constant use. 👍🏼

Did me no good to put new circuit board in because the rest of the electronics in it wore out within a week of using it after new bird, poor Machi would not recommend it for anyone to purchase. It is poor quality, the American junk. That comes from China as well.

Quick and easy to change. Much better than buying an entire new unit. Would be nice if it came with the past that is on the back of the original plate. I don't know if it is a heat distributing paste or what but they didn't send any.
