Absolutely the BEST
I’ve visited Rani in Houston and met the owner once when looking for Basmati. I asked him which rice was his favorite and this is the one he suggested. I’ve used it for years - it’s slightly yellow and delicious. When I was waiting for my latest shipment I had to purchase another brand at the grocery store. That’s when I realized how much better this brand is than any other -

Perfect non-sticky rice
Produces delicious, very long-grain, perfect white rice: I used 1C grains, washed and rinsed 4 times, drain, add 1-3/4C water, 1 tsp. salt and 1-1/2T butter. Put all in a heavy pan and boil. Cover tightly, and cook 20-min. on Low (simmer) temperature. Remove from heat, leave lid on for 5 min. Remove lid, fluff rice with a fork. Outstanding! Grains separate and fall freely from the tines of a fork. I am very pleased.
