Short for Walter, ""Wally the Walrus"" is what you need him to be. Just like ""Willie the Walrus,"" short for Whilhelmina, obviously, though that accent that is more challenging to pull off. Either way, point is that, thus far, this has seen its best use as a means of becoming one of the sock puppets, one that has appreciable range! The adjustable size has limits at the higher end, but since appearing more ridiculous plays well with the target audience, this doesn't matter so much. It may be years before we attempt to get the water works involved as, near term, this feature would might produce more water works. However, the water bladder-in-the-ear is neatly tucked away. The output nozzle, however, would benefit from being benefit from greater concealment. Overall, we look forward to whatever Wally and Wilhelmina are putting together!

I got this for my daughter, and she loves it. The squirter works well, and the walrus is large enough to fit on most heads. Perfect for the kid or kid at heart. Reasonably priced novelty gift. A good choice.
