Q: Does it work directly with iPhone?

No, the HRM-S handheld mic only has a 3.5mm TRRS cable. If you want to use it on an iPhone, you need to use the ORIGINAL 3.5mm TRRS to Lightning adapter purchased from APPLE Official Website.（Note: Lightning adapter cable needs to have OTG function.）

Q: Does this microphone work well when recording or video shooting with a smartphone?

For Android smartphones, the microphone works well in Audio Mode; In Video Mode, we suggest you to try a 3rd party's video APP (Except Android 13); For IOS system (iPhone), the mic works well either in Audio or Video mode.

Q: Does it work directly with camera?

It cannot be directly connected. An adapter cable is required. If your camera is a TRS interface, you will prepare a TRRS to TRS audio adapter.

Q: What should I do if I have a problem with using the microphone?
