How do you set the mode on these?

The mode can be adjusted by pressing the black mode button, and there are three modes to choose from.

Is it possible to replace the battery in these lights? If so, what is the battery type and voltage?

These lights uses Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 1200mAH not AA Batteries. They are replaceable if you have soldering skills :)

How do u get the motion to work there is no button as some have told me but just the on off

Hello, this product has three modes, namely 1.) medium-brightness mode, 2.) low light induction mode, 3.) Induction lighting mode. When this product is in the second and third modes, it It has the function of motion sensing.
