Creme of Nature Straight from Eden Plant Derived Hydrating Shampoo, 10 Ounce

DISCLAIMER: I have protein sensitive, low porosity hair. In addition to that, all hair is different, so your mileage may vary.As this is a relatively new shampoo there weren't many reviews on the line in general, especially the shampoo, but it contains coconut, avocado, and olive oil, so I decided to give it a try.The shampoo contains NO sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, or alcohol. It has a really pleasant smell to it, and looks similar to/has the same consistency as the ORS Creamy Aloe shampoo. It also lathers really well. I know it's not an indicator of how well it works, but after years of using sulfate shampoos it's hard to break that mindset.After using it one time my hair felt amazing! It was very soft and moisturized. It just felt healthier. Before the this shampoo, I'd been using the Organix Argan Oil shampoo, which is also sulfate free, and my hair wasn't soft. If anything it felt thirsty if that makes sense. It wasn't dry per se, but it just felt like hair. Comparing it to the Orgaix Macadamia Oil shampoo, which I loved, my hair didn't feel as good. It moisturized my hair, but it wasn't nearly as moisturized.

I have type 4C hair that is low porosity. This shampoo came highly recommended and it does not disappoint. It feels light to touch and does not have an overpowering smell. It moisturizes my hair well and I pare it with a little protein shampoo and the conditioner of the same brand.

Does not strip my hair completely after washing, which is common for me with so many other shampoos. Don't get me wrong, it works up a lather and washes effectively, but it doesn't leave my hair feeling dehydrated like straw when I use it. Simply put, it leaves my hair feeling clean and still pretty luscious and moisturized even before conditioning. Better than others out there. Oh! and it smells great!

Yasssssssss!!!! This shampoo gave me everything I need to continue my existence in this world. I was given life. This cleaned my hair without stripping it. I use a lot of oils in my hair, so it is a must that a shampoo be able to cleanse my scalp and hair. The hair gods answered my prayers. I did my normal two washes and rinsed this out. Once I rinsed it out, I noticed that my hair was clean, yet still soft and did not feel overly dry. I immediately fell in love. This will be a new staple of mine!!

This shampoo is literally one of the best smelling shampoos that I have ever smelled in my entire life. Typically I try to buy shampoos that don't contain perfume fragrance (usually i buy shampoos where scent is all natural) but I just like this scent so much that I had to buy it after a friend told me about it. It's hard for me to pinpoint what it smells like. Even my kids love this scent.

This shampoo smells great just like the rest of the line. I purchase the oil and the leave in conditioner. I didn't purchase the regular conditioner after seeing not so good reviews on it. The shampoo leaves my hair soft and manageable.

The item was received within the estimated delivery time. I used it to remove the Wen product buildup from my scalp. My hair did not show any significant changes i.e. texture or appearance.
