Hyland’s 100 Count, Older Version, Packaging May Vary, Calms Forte, pack of 3

This is a small miracle. It works and it doesn't make me crazy! Melatonin has no effect on me whatsoever. I've tried different brands and forms. The gummy my friends swears by, says she can't stay awake if she tries when she takes it does not make me feel even slightly sleepy. Tylenol pm, which I would not want to take regularly anyway makes me feel weird, groggy but restless, tired but wired. Hard to explain. It's a very unpleasant feeling. The TINY bit of a "brownie" I tried once that a family member says makes her feel super relaxed made me crazy. Incredibly anxious, dizzy, lights flashing, felt like the ground was moving like I was on swaying boat. Heart was beating so fast I was afraid I'd have a heart attack. The worst, twenty five years ago (I will never forget it) I had the flu and I think my husband tried to finish me off by giving me Nyquil. He said it would make me feel better and I'd get a good nights sleep. Terrifying night. Did not sleep for one minute and had auditory hallucinations. The voice which was not me :) and I had zero control over was telling me awful, scary things. So, I am a bit nervous about sleep aids. I need something though. As I have got older I do not sleep so well, yet still have to work, be on the ball, personable and alert. These wonderful little pills absolutely help me sleep and the ground stays perfectly still and no voice tells me to anything awful to anyone.

Almost all of my senior female friends have trouble sleeping. This is a common discussion among post menopausal women,. Calms Forte contains all natural ingredients and does not leave me feeling groggy in the morning. As soon as I get into bed, I place 2 tablets under my tongue and let them dissolve. Most of the time, this product works well, but occasionally I wake up and have a hard time falling back to sleep. It may not work for everyone, but it does seem to help me. I think the 3 pack is a better deal.

I used to suffer from bouts of insomnia and anxiety. I quit caffeine containing products a couple weeks ago, which is helping but still I had a day of bad anxiety and a mild panic attack - it is going to take weeks to get caffeine out of my body but this helps me control the residual effects as well as helping me get the sleep I need. This is the only thing that works, is safe, is not habit forming and has no side effects - apart from feeling calm and getting a great night's sleep! ❤️ My fitness watch actually shows when I take Calm's Forte while getting ready for bed, I fall asleep quickly, sleep soundly, and get a lot of deep reatorative sleep. I am so thankful for this product! If you feel anxious, have anxiety or trouble sleeping, I highly recommend giving this a try; it works great for me.

I've been using Calms Forte intermittently for chronic insomnia since 1992 and it works for me in helping sleep on those nights that I can't. I hadn't been able to find it in the last few years or so in the store and did without, unsucessfully. I've tried valerian root, which works for awhile, sometimes. Melatonin works, but has the side effect of shutting off my natural melatonin stores if I use it too long. Sleeping pills were always a last resort, and I don't like the side effects. Warm milk works sometimes. Alcohol robs you of the deep sleep and has its side effects. Fortunately, I found Calms Forte here at Amazon. Thank you Amazon! I was hoping that it was the same product and that it would still work for me, and fortunately, it is. I take three tablets an hour before bedtime and when I got to sleep, I sleep. I have no residual side effects the next day. For me, this is an excellent product. i have recommended it to others over the years. Most had success with it. Unfortunately, a few said it didn't work. As with anything, our body chemical makeups vary. For me, I couldn't live, or sleep without it. I highly recommend it to anyone out there that is nervous, or can't sleep. It is certainly cost effective enough to give it a try. You certainly have nothing to lose.

This product works well for me if I need to fall asleep quickly. It is great for those who sit in bed and think about too much. For that I take two. I don't want to be hung over which has happened with prescription sleep aids. I have also taken one during the day if something extremely stressful is going on. It does not knock me out during the day but does calm me down. I gave it four stars because it does not last 8 hours for night sleep. However, if someone needs it every night and wake up after 4 hours, they should probably see a doctor as something more serious is going on. I would also suggest that you try it on a night when you do not have to work or drive just to be safe. I have used it occasionally for years and have had success with it.

Hyland's Calms Forté is an amazing product. I really hope that Hyland's never stops making this stuff or "improves" the formula. Not only is this a great sleep aid, it's also an amazing stress-reliever. Other reviewers have mentioned its use as a daytime stress-reducer and I can confirm this as well. It is also very fast-acting. Only a single pill is needed to produce dramatic results in 10 minutes or less. Anger, stress, and racing thoughts just melt away with no side effects that I can detect. Like its name, it induces a calming effect. Is it a placebo? I don't know, but these just work for me. Unlike diphenhydramine-based sleep aids, there is no drug-induced euphoria or "high". I highly recommend Calms Forté. However, if you're interested in trying this out you should buy just one bottle. These all-natural sleep aids seem to vary wildly in effectiveness depending on the person. For example, Hyland's Insomnia does nothing for me at all despite positive reviews from other people.

Calms Forte has helped me so much. I have tried many prescriptions sleep aids as well as OTC medications, but nothing has helped me as much as Calms Forte. About 30-45 minutes before bed, after I’ve completed my nighttime routines... (bubble bath, wash face, brush teeth) I take 2-3 Calms Forte tablets and climb into bed to red or listen to relaxation videos on YpuRube. It completely relaxes me and helps me to fall and stay asleep. I don’t feel groogy or hungover the next day as I always did with other sleep aids. I also highly recommend the regular Calms for anxiety & nervous tension. I can take 1-2 of these on extremely stressful days where I’m feeling jittery & anxious, and they help me to relax so I can think clearly. I really love & trust Hyland’s products!! They work for my husband too, although at night, he likes to take 50mg of Diphenhydramine ( one Unisom gel capsule) and 2-3 calms. That’s the combination that helps him. I get by perfectly with just the Calms. Plus, the offer of three 100 count bottles for $16-17 is such a wonderful savings too!! In stores, one bottle is anywhere from $8.99-12.99. I definitively highly recommend!

Great nutritional support for nerves. I only use 2 tablets when absolutely necessary because my liver metabolism is extremely high for certain things. They calm me better than my diazepam, but that's because I've followed stupid drs. advice and been on benzodiazepines for 10 years. Never take pharmaceuticals for more than you absolutely have to! Well now I know why this product works. Placebo. Not that placebo effect means imaginary. There are real changes taking place in the brains of people who believe in certain things that have in reality no active ingredients. I knew this product said homeopathic, but didn't understand that word. I thought 3X meant three times more of the ingredient per usual amount in a real herbal product. It actually means diluted 3 times more than a comparable homeopathic remedy. If I have trouble sleeping I'll play it safe with 1 mg of melatonin.

Evertime I quit marijuana I need some kind of sleep aid for about a month until my sleep returns to normal. Otherwise I'm tossing and turning all night. I've tried prescription sleep medication, Valerian root, melatonin, high doses of magnesium and l-theanine, none of those worked for me. When I got this I was highly sceptical of the homeopathy stuff but I was given it by a friend so I thought hey why not, to my surprise it worked, the first night and the second and the third... This is so effective to me compared to everything else I've tried that it really blows my mind that the scientific community has found homeopathy to be a placebo. I've been a supplement guy for 20 pluse years and am always trying to maximize my health, the reason I kept going back to marijuana was that it was the only thing that seemed to give me a good sleep. Now that I found this, I'm pretty confident that I can quit weed for good now.

They seem to work for the dog too. The kids don't like them even though they're tasteless. I don't mind them. They seem to calm me down a bit but I don't know if they actually help me sleep.

This product is useless - did not help me sleep - need to stick in on my body and the stickiness does not alway hold
