I absolutely love this thing. I take it to the pool with me every time I go. Never gets waterlogged. I’ve had it for a year and it hasn’t degraded at all. Feels like a massage when I’m floating on it. My friends had a large lily pad float at their lake and that’s why I decided to go with this kind of float over the inflatable kind. I feel like everyone at my pool wishes their floats were as cool as mine. Money well spent. I’ll probably have this thing for years

It's great. Floats well, no need to blow anything up. Everyone (myself and grandkids) has fun with it. The only negative thing is that it does have a little weight to it, so it isn't the easiest to carry to the water and takes up a bit of room in the vehicle to transport it, even rolled up. Other than that, we've been very happy with it.

This review is in two parts, one for the actual item and the other for dealing with the company “Spreetail”. When the items arrived, the first thing we noticed was the strong chemical odor. I figured it would pass after being out of the box for awhile so that was okay. The floats themselves looked like poorly iced cake. The vinyl coating was lumpy and the edges were not smooth. After letting them set out for a bit in flatten, my wife quickly noticed more imperfections in the coating. When she started looking further, she noticed several cuts and imperfections especially inside the head rolls. Some cuts were larger than others and they exposed the inner sponge material. At 100 a piece for pool floats, the price definitely didn’t match the poor quality. We decided to return them the same day as we didn’t want pool water setting inside these floats and getting moldy or further damaged. We packaged them just as they were shipped and in the same boxes. They came wrapped in brown paper so I rolled the up and put them back just as they came. The return process was a little different than the normal process as they told me to keep an RMA number and they communicated through the Amazon messaging. They mentioned a restocking fee if it was not in original packaging, missing parts, or not in original condition. I figured that because these were damaged, and sent back in original packaging, we were all good. I got a message through email that they processed my return but charged me 109.74 in restocking fees due to “the condition of the items”? I sent them back because they were damaged so not sure what they meant by that. I had to go through Amazon to get my refund which was fine but it just took more time. Based on this whole process, I would not recommend these floats, nor this company as I am not really clear on how they process returns and charge “restocking” fees.

TLDR; I would buy this product again. Photo 1: The product was well packed and did not stick to itself when originally taken out. Photo 2: Some of the top paint was stuck to itself when I pulled it out of the box. Photo 3: Close-up of the paint sticking to itself. Photo 4: Another Close-up. Photo 5: There was a minor blemish inside the "pillow" portion, but nothing that affected the "floatability" of the product. I couldn't even see it when it was in the pool. Photo 6: Instead of pulling the stuck part apart with my fingers, I laid the pad outside in the sun and let the heat outside make the float pliable. This is what it looked like after the sun warmed it up. Parts of the paint pulled away, but nothing that affected the usability of the float. I also cannot see the blemishes when I'm using the product, so it doesn't bother me. Photo 7: What the float looked like after laying in the sun for an hour. I live in the Southwestern US and it was 100 degrees F (37.7 C). You cannot tell that there are any blemishes in the paint standing 3 feet away. Overall: I am 155 pounds (70.3 kg), 5' 2" (1.57 meters), and this holds me perfectly with my midriff to knees being submerged approx 5 inches (12.7cm). My husband is 260 pounds (117.9 kg), 6'2" (1.88 m) and he found it difficult to balance in the center. Any time he moved an arm to take a drink or partially sit up to get himself in a more comfortable position, the CG was thrown enough that he did not feel balanced. So, I wouldn't recommend it for someone his size, but it's perfect for someone my size. While using the pillow and laying on my back, my feet do not hang off the end. It's comfortable to lay on your stomach and use the pillow to prop your head out of the water, but the angle makes it so that you can't do it for too long or your neck is bent at a weird angle. A friend of mine bought 2 of these floats and hers are now about a year old. They have holes in the material and the color is faded and bleeding from the print. However, she stores both of them touching, and laying down. The tip to these is to store them standing up (preferrably hanging from a bar extended through the center of the pillow), and not touching anything else. If the latex touches other latex, it will peel, thus laying them down = bad. Overall, a great product that I don't have to continue to blow up before use, or let the air out before I store it away in the pool deck box. Would recommend.

. I’ve spent $50 on BS floats in the The last year. Coulda had this quality one that I don’t have to worry about getting punctured. *there is def a smell. To me it smells like a tire shop. I’m confident it will dissipate soon. It’s not too overpowering. In fact, I just ordered another one. **Expect flaws in the coating

Quit messing around and buy these floats! I bought mine in May of 2022 after trying many other brands and these can't be beat. Going in to their 5th season of Houston 100 degree days and in a pool that stays open and gets used 300 days of the year (and the floats stay out in the weather). Survive grandkids, kids, adults you name it. They get a little dirty and I pull them out and spray them with bleach and they are good as new. Pics were taken today, March 25, 2026!

What a comfy and attractive pool float! If you have any of those annoying inflatable pool floats, get rid of them and buy this foam float. I purchased this during recuperation from a broken foot. I had zero interest in an inflatable float which would throw me off at a moment's notice. This foam float is perfect -- easy to get on, easy to get off, and a dream to float on. Other customers have pointed out it is less than comfortable for floating on your stomach. The trick is to flip it over, as the headrest is more gradual on the underside. As long as you have some ability for your back to arch a bit, this float works perfectly for floating in any position.
