Very thin stainless steel. The handle and the bottom are not one piece and it has broken in less than a month. Im disappointed!!

I just love this for my loose leaf tea. It is high quality, practical and beautiful. I found which size of my cups it fits; the cover allows perfect steeping. Just a half teaspoon of loose tea is needed, and I can reuse the tea leaves for repeat infusions, great find!

Love this strainer. It is rather large (fits in a mug) but it works perfectly for loose-leaf tea.
